Honestly I can’t recommend Michelle enough, on Friday I had the amazing news that the Local Authority had conceded!!!
“This now means, my son will be attending an independent specialist school, the school chosen by myself, including transport! All this without going to tribunal, which was set for the 12th of February 2024.
After many failed attempts to secure support and money wasted, while appealing sections B,F and I. I eventually came across Michelle’s page and her free 15 minutes advice appointment online. It was the best thing that could have ever happened!!
From that day she has literally supported me every single day - day and night! I am not actually sure if Michelle even sleeps! When EVER I needed her, which was a lot even just to settle my anxiety she replied!
She is dedicated and consistent, with a large amount of knowledge that a SEN parents needs when going through this stressful process - She is amazing!!
The Local Authority tried its hardest to be underhand, with a-lot of twist and turns, but Michelle literally shut them down in there tracks, as she knew their next steps, she was simply on fire all the way through my sons process!
I am still in shock that my beautiful boy, will now be in the best school for him - Where all his needs will be met, and he will be set up for life it’s a pinch me moment!
I simply could not have done it without Michelle, she thought for my son like he was her own and I trusted her 110%!
I am going through a difficult time in my life and she just put her arms round me and fought like there was no tomorrow and I needed that… And we got the win!
I hope she knows how amazing she is and she saved my life and my sons! I will be forever grateful to Michelle, I know it’s cheesy but I mean every word of it.

“My son got a place at specialist, at first his ehcp stated ERC but thanks to Michelle’s advice it was changed to specialist without need for tribunal. We are over the moon!
Also managed to secure band 5 funding for my daughter and a new mainstream school (out of school since Sept 23 due to 'cant meet needs'), which she started this week and it's gone better than ok!
